DOK-ING is proud to announce that IVA HRGOVAN, one of our youngest employees will be joining a project team at Danish Technical University where she was offered a position as a PhD candidate. For less than a year Iva has been working as an R&D engineer with focus on new renewable energy sources including conceptual design of a new vertical axis wind turbine.

The visit marked the official handover of two new MV-4B extra operational tools – rotational gripper and segmented roller to the Swedish delegation. DOK-ING also conducted a limited-scale training course with these tools.

A mobile training team from DOK-ING traveled to the Republic of Nicaragua to conduct training for the MV-4. The four new MV-4 mine clearing machines with spares & associated equipment provided to the General Command of the Army of Nicaragua (GCAN) have been donated in support of local capacity building for demining within the framework of the Program of assistance of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Nicaragua in developing the national system of prevention and elimination of emergencies.

Zagreb, November 15, 2011 – Representatives of SAIC, Science Application International Corporation, visited Croatian DOK-ING to mark the signing of a contract for System Technical Support for the M160 Mine Clearance Systems to the US Government. The contract will provide engineering support for up to three years to support system modifications.

Zagreb, November 2011 – Celebrating 40 years of successful promotion of innovation, The Croatian Association of Innovators awarded DOK-ING a prestigious INOVA GRAND PRIX named after Nikola Tesla, for the best Croatian innovation 2011. The urban electric car DOK-ING presented as XD concept was thus proclaimed to be the best innovation by the International jury at the Annual Innovation Exhibition held in Zagreb, November 9-12.
