Rome, Italy - DOK-ING has been awarded a contract to supply the Italian Ministry of Defense with three MV-4 Mine Clearance Systems and three transportation trailers.
The MV-4 Mine Clearance System is a tracked, remote controlled machine designed to clear all types of anti-personnel (AP) mines and will be used during Italian peacekeeping missions. The MV-4 Systems will enhance the Italian operational mine-clearing capabilities and protect the machine operators by utilizing remote control operation.
The MV-4 Mine Clearance System is currently exported to 24 countries worldwide.
