Doking :: FSD MV-4 upgrade, Sri Lanka

During 11-13 November 2009 DOK-ING Electro technician Saša Dmitrović has been performing the electronics upgrade of the MV-4 serial number 034, the oldest mine clearing machine in Sri Lanka owned by the Swiss Foundation in Mine Action (FSD). This machine has been brought into the country in December 2005 and already cleared more than 1,0 mln. sq m of mine contaminated areas. The electronics upgrade executed by DOK-ING technician with the strong support of FSD Mechanical Supervisor Raju Pillai will significantly increase machine' performance and extend its life cycle.
