DOK-ING is one of the international leaders in production of machines for unmanned landmine clearance. Today DOK-ING, in a few words, by integrating its own innovations and new technologies, develops and manufactures special purpose systems to protect human lives in most dangerous environments, primarily in demining, underground mining, and crisis management.


We are also intensively developing a number of different special machines for various purposes such as CBRNE and counter-terrorism.

  • Design and implementation of activities related to human resources management enhancing positive people culture
  • Managing human resources administration, systematization and job descriptions
  • Discovering and monitoring the best candidates cooperating with talent communities, agencies and networking with partners creating the perfect candidate experience through recruitment management
  • Coordination of on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Employer branding strategy and activities
  • Total care for employee satisfaction, developing employee benefits system through organizational change management
  • Partnering with hiring managers to develop employment plan handling fluctuation
  • Development of performance monitoring system and a reward system
  • Coordination of on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Employee development, learning and development as well as upskilling further enhancing DOK-ING ACADEMY
  • Taking care of employee motivation through various formal and informal activities including organization of team building
  • Managing 360 feedback loop and annual employee satisfaction survey discovering talent potential in-house
  • Further creating and developing your HR team



  • Higher educational degree in social sciences
  • Business logic and people skills
  • At least five years of relevant work experience on a similar position with extensive previous experience human resources
