18 Jun 2025 DOK-ING Mining Presents Innovative Underground Mining Systems at Major South American Events
DOK-ING’s Revolutionary Mining Equipment Impresses at Top South American Conferences
DOK-ING Mining recently participated in two of the most prominent mining events in South America: The Electric Mine 2025 in Chile and Arminera 2025 in Argentina.
At both events, our autonomous systems for underground mining attracted significant attention from the visitors. Our XLPD Compact Robotic Dozer and NRE Drill Rig, showcased at Arminera, stood out due to their unique ability to operate efficiently in extremely challenging environments, including inclines of up to 25 degrees, while maintaining strong levels of safety and efficiency.
Our NRE Drill Rig stood out particularly due to its fully electric operation, producing zero emissions and low noise levels, as well as its design tailored for ultra-low and narrow reef mining conditions. The NRE Drill Rig is part of our NRE fleet, which also includes two other fully electric systems, the NRE Dozer and the NRE Support Rig. Together, these solutions offer a comprehensive opportunity to fully mechanise narrow reef underground mining while maintaining high productivity.
Dok-Ing’s presence at these events reinforced the growing demand for battery-electric and emission-free solutions in the mining sector. As mining operations worldwide aim to meet decarbonisation targets, the importance of modular, remotely operated solutions like ours has never been greater.
Throughout both events, we had the opportunity to present our technologies to mining leaders, technical experts, and key stakeholders who have identified the need for effective and sustainable mining technologies that can address both safety and productivity challenges in underground mining tasks.
We sincerely appreciate everyone who stopped by our booth, especially H.E. Duška Paravić from the Croatian Embassy in Argentina for her kind visit.
Together, we are shaping a safer and more sustainable future for underground mining operations.
