The focus was on addressing accelerating climate risks like floods, heatwaves, wildfires, and extreme weather, alongside challenges such as pandemics, disasters, terrorism, industrial accidents, and conflicts. This prestigious event, designed for emergency services and decision makers from public administrations, offered an exceptional platform for the DOK-ING team to showcase the live demonstrations of the MVF-5 robotic system for emergency response. Over the course of the three-day exhibition, DOK-ING conducted daily 25-minute live demonstrations of its state-of-the-art robotic system in the outdoor arena.

The MVF-5 was operated remotely from a safe distance, highlighting its innovative approach to addressing VARIOUS THREATS, protecting critical infrastructure, and facilitating swift interventions in emergency situations. FIRE EXTINGUISHING WITH WATER AND FOAM AND OBSTACLE REMOVAL

The robotic system effectively extinguished a blaze from a safe distance using a combination of foam and water, and managed post-fire debris with its gripper tool to create a safe path. WELZOW LOCATION
The event brought together participants from Germany, France, Portugal and Poland including key decision-makers and professionals from emergency response organizations focused on crisis management. The airfield in Welzow was chosen as the venue for FIREmobil because there is an approved water landing site in the immediate vicinity. The opportunity to carry out exercises on land, water and air under real conditions is possible and unique on this site. The area covers around 500 hectares and offers extensive off-road testing opportunities for vehicles and heavy equipment. Vegetation fires can be technically and tactically simulated under operational conditions and can be observed by visitors.
