From Military Excellence to DOK-ING: Dražen Klanjec’s Historic Recognition
With great admiration, we celebrate our colleague’s success. Our Dražen Klanjec reached a historic milestone in his career by earning a place in the International Hall of Fame of The NCO Leadership Center of Excellence and Sergeants Major Academy.
This recognition is a rare honour, highlighting the professionalism and reputation of the Croatian Armed Forces in the international arena. As General Tihomir Kundid stated: “There are few Croats who have received such recognition, and with this, once again a high level of professionalism and reputation of Croatian Armed Forces in the international environment is confirmed.”
This milestone is not only a personal success for him but also an inspiration to all of us at DOK-ING. We are pleased that Dražen chose to continue his professional journey within our company, where his knowledge, experience, and values bring immeasurable contributions to our team and inspire us all.
Dražen humbly shared: “I feel truly honoured and proud today. I am grateful to the Croatian Army and the system that selected me and gave me the opportunity to grow and develop throughout my career.”
It is especially meaningful to mention that, before Dražen, our Davor Petek, former Senior Enlisted Leader of the Croatian Armed Forces, was also inducted into the same Hall of Fame.
This makes us even more proud to witness how military excellence continues to flourish in the defence industry, strengthening the bridge between the two sectors.
