Following the internal analysis of business processes, DOK-ING developed a project regarding procurement, development and implementation of ICT solutions for the computer analysis of business processes (development and adjustment of the new PDM system), the introduction of individual ICT solutions for specific business processes (development and adjustment of the PDM system for each of the business process, from development to production), the introduction of holistic ICT solutions for business integration of the entire company (introduction of BI systems and integration with existing ERP and training employees to work with new ICT technologies).
