DOK-ING is globally recognised for its commitment to innovations that positively impact society and the environment. Through the development of unmanned systems that save lives and sustainable technologies such as converting waste into hydrogen, DOK-ING continues to pave the way toward a technologically advanced and greener future.
This organisational change will allow a stronger focus on core business segments: robotics and unmanned systems for defence and security, innovative energy solutions, especially hydrogen production from waste, and underground mining.

DOK-ING Security & Defence will be led by Gordan Pešić, Davor Petek, and Ante Bakić;
DOK-ING Energo will be managed by Vjekoslav Majetić;
DOK-ING Mining will be headed by Marijo Grgurinović and Luka Petro.

Our most significant technological breakthrough is the development of unmanned modular platforms, which are of particular interest to industrial partners due to their versatile applications in areas such as critical infrastructure protection, mobility, counter-mobility, and combat support. Within the next 12 to 16 months, we will unveil an even more advanced system. Together with our industrial partners, including Rheinmetall, we are developing new solutions,” said Gordan Pešić, CEO of DOK-ING Security & Defence. He emphasised that DOK-ING holds a unique position in the European market due to its use of European components and supply chains.

DOK-ING Mining is focused on the development and commercialisation of the NRE fleet, a unique, remotely controlled electric mining system designed for operation in underground spaces as low as 90 cm and up to 170 cm in height.
“Our solutions not only modernise production processes but also redefine the role of miners by reducing exposure to hazardous working conditions and creating new technology-oriented jobs. With our technologies, we aim to set new standards and demonstrate that mining can be both environmentally friendly and technologically advanced. We plan to expand our markets and grow our revenues,” said Marijo Grgurinović, CEO of DOK-ING Mining.

In 2024, DOK-ING generated over €70.5 million in revenue and grew its workforce to 250 employees, continuing its trend of annual revenue growth of 30–40% and employee growth of 10-15%.
The new corporate structure is a response to this expansion, explained Vjekoslav Majetić, founder and owner of DOK-ING, who will lead DOK-ING Energo.

“No barriers are preventing us from preparing for even faster growth, which will lead to even better business results. I see great potential in the energy sector, particularly in waste management systems that we have been developing for the past five years. We have developed a waste gasification technology and are preparing for mass production. I believe we will become leaders in waste recycling and energy generation systems based on this technology,” explained innovator Vjekoslav Majetić.
