14 Jan 2026 DOK-ING’s Next-Generation Systems Presented to NATO Leadership
NATO SECRETARY GENERAL MARK RUTTE EXPLORES DOK-ING’S ADVANCED BATTLEFIELD ROBOTICS
During his visit to Croatia, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte was presented with the capabilities and technological depth of the Croatian defence industry. As a key contributor within this ecosystem, DOK-ING was represented by its COO, Davor Petek, and CEO, Gordan Pešić, who presented the company’s advanced unmanned systems and articulated a clear strategic approach focused on driving innovations that are redefining the modern battlefield.
The modern battlefield has undergone a fundamental transformation, most clearly demonstrated in Ukraine, where new operational demands have positioned unmanned robotic systems at the core of contemporary warfare. Combining decades of experience in robotic systems with innovative integration, DOK-ING continues to deliver next-generation solutions that significantly reduce risk to human life while simultaneously increasing operational efficiency.
The value of highly sophisticated unmanned systems was clearly recognised by the Secretary General Mark Rutte, who emphasized how precisely unmanned systems have been identified as a critical priority by NATO members. Effective security and defence among allied countries increasingly depend on technologies that take over the greatest share of risk, enabling personnel to operate from a safe distance while providing the effectiveness required to execute dangerous missions and operations.
We are encouraged that the contribution of our technologies is recognised and is making a meaningful impact in the protection of life, territory, and sovereignty.
