INSIGHTS FROM DOK-ING’S EXPERIENCE AND COLLABORATION EFFORTS IN THE UKRAINE CRISIS

Warsaw, Poland, 14.03.2024. – DOK-ING, an engineering leader in robotic & autonomous systems, proudly took part in the prestigious Combat Engineer & Logistics 2024 conference from March 12th to 14th, 2024, held at Expo XXI in Warsaw, Poland. This special 10th edition was strategically situated in Warsaw, reflecting the region’s geographic and strategic significance as a host nation for NATO’s Enhanced Forward Presence initiative.

The event served as an invaluable platform for key stakeholders from the military engineering and logistics community to come together, fostering networking opportunities, addressing capability gaps, and staying informed about cutting-edge technological advancements and service-based solutions. Discussions on future trends provided insight into emerging needs and technological innovations aligned with the evolving landscape of defence. Attendees had the unique opportunity to hear operational feedback and learn from recent programs and exercises, gaining valuable insights into lessons learned. Recent events were explored, drawing lessons from global humanitarian and military aid efforts towards Ukraine and this crisis showed how the nature of warfare shifted.

DOK-ING highlighted the increasing demand for innovative technologies and unmanned systems across various sectors including defence, commercial, environmental, civil, and humanitarian. The conference explored topics in both logistics and engineering that drew attention as a result of the Ukraine crisis. Valuable lessons were gathered from global humanitarian and military aid endeavours directed toward Ukraine, showcasing the conference’s commitment to addressing pressing issues and fostering collaborative solutions.

The attendee list included around 1200 professionals from the fields of military engineering and logistics. More than 50 countries were represented through industry representatives and professional units and 120 exhibitors participated at this fair.
