Vjekoslav Majetić Attended the Reception Hosted by the President of the Republic of Croatia, Zoran Milanović

PRESIDENT MILANOVIĆ RECEIVED THE WINNERS OF ANNUAL AWARDS FROM THE CROATIAN ASSOCIATION OF MANAGERS AND ENTREPRENEURS CROMA

Zagreb, Croatia, 11.06.2024. – Innovator, owner and founder of DOK-ING Mr Vjekoslav Majetić, as the winner of the HUM CROMA award Entrepreneur of the year was personally welcomed by the President of the Republic of Croatia Mr Zoran Milanović in the Office of the President on Tuesday, June 11th.

President Milanović received the leadership of the Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs (HUM CROMA) and the winners of the annual HUM CROMA awards. The announcement of the best managers and entrepreneurs in the economy was held in February this year under the auspices of the President of the Republic.

President Milanović congratulated all the winners of the HUM CROMA awards, and in addition to the business results and successes of the award-winning managers and businessmen, the meeting in the Office of the President also addressed the business climate and the state of the Croatian economy. Alongside President Milanović was Martina Ciglević, the assistant to the President’s economic advisor. Representatives of the managers’ association, as well as the awardees, noted positive changes in the Croatian economy but also pointed out issues that need to be addressed to further enhance business operations. For instance, they highlighted the need for a stable tax policy and more efficient public administration at both the state and local levels. 

Mr Vjekoslav Majetić presented the company’s successful operations and export activities to more than 40 countries globally. Since foundation in 1991, DOK-ING has transcended humble beginnings, evolving from a garage startup into a global powerhouse. Today, the company boasts a workforce of 250 individuals, its reach spanning across continents.
