The US Ambassador to the Republic of Croatia, H.E. Nathalie Rayes visit to DOK-ING

Zagreb, Croatia, 18.03.2024. – The newly appointed United States Ambassador to the Republic of Croatia, H.E. Nathalie Rayes, visited DOK-ING headquarters. H.E. Rayes was accompanied by COL Scott McLearn, Defense Attache, Ms Zahra Cullen, Deputy Defense Attaché, Ms Jean Phillipson, Political Unit Chief and Ms Micaela Donnelly, Deputy Defence Attache.

Upon arrival, the delegation was greeted by Mr Vjekoslav Majetić, the owner of DOK-ING, whose innovative spirit has been a driving force behind the company’s success. Alongside him were Marijo Grgurinović, the CEO of DOK-ING, and Ante Bakić and Gordan Pešić, Members of the Board, and other team members who extended their hospitality and expertise to the visiting dignitaries. 

During the meeting, DOK-ING underscored its historical collaboration with the U.S. Army, highlighting the export of 150 robotic systems to the USA. 

Following the initial presentation and discussion showcasing DOK-ING’s innovative solutions and global impact, H.E: Rayes toured the company’s production line and R&D during which she gained a deeper understanding of the company’s pioneering solutions and potential to address a wide range of challenges, from humanitarian demining to emergency response.

Building upon the long-lasting cooperation with the United States of America, this visit solidified our commitment to provide the most critical capabilities and further strengthen our relationship with the US.
