War College “Ban Josip Jelačić” Visited DOK-ING, a Leading Company in the Robotics Sector of the Croatian Defence Industry

Zagreb, Croatia, January 2024. – As part of study trips to leading companies of the Croatian military and defence industry, participants of the War College “Ban Josip Jelačić” visited DOK-ING on January 24, 2024. In the robotics sector, DOK-ING is a leading company in the Croatian defense industry.

 

 

Of the 13 participants of the highest military school in the Republic of Croatia who visited DOK-ING led by their chief Brigadier Nenad Samardžić: five are high-ranking officers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia, five participants are from foreign Armed Forces (Germany, Slovenia, BiH, Montenegro and North Macedonia), one attendee is from the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, one is a member of Parliament (member of the Defense Committee of the Parliament of the Republic of Croatia) and one attendee is from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Croatia.

The hosts of this visit from DOK-ING were Domagoj Đuričić and Nikša Cigoj, Sales  Managers. They presented the company’s wide portfolio including all references and showed the real combat situation with DOK-ING’s robotic systems in usage around the world, such as demining in Afghanistan, Azerbaijan and Ukraine, further in Iraq, South Korea, Croatia and so on. During their visit, the guests from the prestigious War College were interested in the history and milestones of DOK-ING, as well as in the vision of the future. DOK-ING presented its diverse portfolio of robotic systems that captured the attention of the guests, and the focus was on products for defense purposes, the military industry, counter-terrorism and CBRNe threats.

“Ban Josip Jelačić” War College was established by the decision of the President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces on June 25, 1998, as the highest military school in the Republic of Croatia.
