DOK-ING's MV-10 on Ukrposhta Stamp

Ukrposhta Stamp: Heroes of Demining Features MV-10 “Nadiya”

“RETURNING TO LIFE: THE HEROES OF DEMINING” IN UKRAINE ON UKRPOSHTA STAMP

In Kyiv, a powerful reminder of the human side of Ukraine’s recovery efforts was recently unveiled. DOK-ING participated in the presentation of a new commemorative stamp titled “Returning to Life: Heroes of Demining”, issued by Ukrposhta.

This initiative is dedicated to Ukrainian deminers – professionals who play a critical role in rebuilding the country by making land safe again. Their work is often invisible, yet it forms the very foundation of any meaningful recovery. Before homes can be rebuilt, infrastructure restored, or communities returned, the land itself must first be cleared of explosive hazards.

The stamp symbolically captures this mission. It features a Ukrainian deminer alongside the advanced MV-10 demining system, a machine locally nicknamed “Hope.”
This name reflects not only its function, but also what it represents for communities affected by war: the possibility of a safe return to everyday life.

The MV-10 has already demonstrated remarkable resilience in the field when it withstood a direct drone strike. After undergoing repairs, it was successfully returned to active demining operations. Most importantly, thanks to its fully remote-controlled design, the operators remained out of harm’s way- highlighting the crucial role of technology in protecting human lives during hazardous operations.

Today, DOK-ING’s machines are actively contributing to humanitarian demining efforts across Ukraine. To this day, more than 30 million square metres of land have been cleared, enabling displaced populations to return and enabling agriculture, infrastructure, and local economies. This achievement is the result of strong collaboration between multiple institutions, including the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, and the State Special Transport Service. Together with Ukrposhta and industry partners, they are helping raise awareness about the importance of demining and the efforts of people behind it.

Demining remains one of the most critical prerequisites for Ukraine’s long-term recovery. It is a complex, time-consuming, and dangerous process, but also one that brings immediate, tangible impact. Every cleared field, road, and village represents a step closer to stability and renewal.

As Ukraine continues its path toward recovery, the combination of human bravery and proven, field-tested technology will remain essential. Initiatives like this not only honor those on the front lines of demining but also remind the world that rebuilding starts from the ground up.
